15, er, 5 Minute Dungeon

I was finally able to get one game played with my new Curses! Foiled Again! expansion. The game is called 5 Minute Dungeon, but they didn't factor in the extra 10 minutes you needed in order to pause and break up disagreements with the children. When we finally got them settled, though, we managed to finish a battle against the third boss, the Gorgon.

When I say finished, I mean that WE were finished.
I haven't lost very much at this game against the third boss, especially playing with two players where you get two decks each. That's a lot of cards to be able to throw at the enemies.

What really did us in were the new curse cards (you can see them in purple on the left of the picture below). These particular ones made us (a) flip over our player board so we became a different character and (b) not be able to use our special ability.

That's the power that really killed us. We both had card-drawing powers and we weren't able to use them and get what we needed to defeat the Gorgon. Heck, we didn't even get to the Gorgon! We were defeated by his minions long before that.

We just hadn't counted on the fact that some of his minions were going to be our own children.
